REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodWhat do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than in other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthTo what extent do you believe that environmental factors contribute to your own health or issues with health?
Samantha Smith 10/09/2018 2:44 PMThis is tricky since lots of big companies are now touting the "greenness" of their products. I've bought some that I later noticed were owned by Clorox, a sign of greenwashing. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?
Samantha Smith 10/09/2018 2:43 PMThis was an easy one for me since I don't drink sodas or eat candy. I do eat chocolate and drink wine though, so those are harder to cut out.
