REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Walk InsteadHalf of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Do you feel that this fact applies to you? If so, how might you incorporate more muscle-powered transportation in your daily life?
Penny Snider 10/05/2018 8:12 PMI have very few trips of three miles or less. I like to incorporate many errands into one trip. When time is not a factor, I will walk up to two miles one way for a single destination errand. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Penny Snider 10/04/2018 9:52 PMBy being grateful for my abilities and the things I have, I am more likely to be happy with myself and my part in the world. I am then able to be kinder and more generous to the people around me.
