REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?
Aishwarya Sreedhhar 10/18/2018 7:10 AMRe-usable water bottles have always been super convenient(you can use them whenever, wherever and however), these bottles automatically reduce plastic waste which is a win win. -
Aishwarya Sreedhhar 10/18/2018 6:29 AMAlways have and always will use a re-usable mug, which is very environmentally friendly.
