  • Reflection Question
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

Manuel Ángel Sroor 10/08/2018 11:35 AM
I think its better when you bring your own bottle. Maybe you can purchase one with a cool style or with your favorite colours and use it everywhere you go
  • Reflection Question
Simplicity Go for a Daily Walk
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Manuel Ángel Sroor 10/08/2018 11:32 AM
I walk everyday form my home to my work and it helps me to relax and think more clearly actually I´m staring to hate when I need to drive :P
