    I've been like a metronome on some of these items. Once it's a habit, it's easy to do.

    I think it can, but farming needs to be complemented by gardens in each and every yard. Organic farming could lead to some vulnerabilities to pests and severe weather. The best way to combat those adversities is to diversify the foods we grow and to grow them in as many places as possible. Growing a lawn is just for aesthetic value in my opinion. I'd rather have tomatoes, parsnips, squash, herbs ...

    Some of this is a part of my daily life already. We visit local farms on the weekend, select organic produce and non-GMO foods. We also eat vegetarian dinners probably 2 or 3 nights a week. My breakfast and lunch is vegetarian, but not vegan because of the Greek yogurt in the morning.
