    I have been forgetting to mark that I have been doing all these challenges...also I'm still trying to figure out how to remove actions I have done to choose new ones

    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    I have been inviting friends to workout with me or go on long walks with my dog. I also joined a group that has a common podcast that we all listen to and we have been doing meet ups for yoga on the weekend.

    I am able to see the changes that have been happening in my neighborhood in areas that you can not get to by car.
