    How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    I like to go to the gym with my mom! We both really enjoy the quality time with trying to better ourselves.  We have been meeting in the mornings around 5:30am and spend an hour together. It definitely makes us closer!

    Water Say No to Plastic Straws
    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I regularly use straws, coffee cups, sandwich bags, and plastic grocery bag (I know... awful). Going forward I am really going to focus on using NO straw (or purchasing paper straws), utilizing the many reusable coffee cups I have, Tupperware instead of plastic sandwich bags, and PAPER instead of plastic. :) These are not difficult changes, it will just take the effort in remembering to do so and the impact these little things can make.

    I think I need to really focus on the "Need vs. Want" aspect of things to help not accumulate unneeded items and clutter.

    After my trip to Hawaii earlier this month, I learned the importance of saying NO to the straw! I urge everyone to do the same, or use cardboard made straws/reusable straws. #SAVETHETURTLES
