REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Taylor Tillmann 10/09/2018 11:34 AMI like to walk my dog twice a day, I can invite my roommates and friends to go on walks with us to encourage healthy activity. I also can take my dog on trails around La Crosse County to get a more "walk in the woods" feel. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
Taylor Tillmann 9/13/2018 11:44 AMI grow my own basil in my apartment. By growing your own food you eliminate any food packaging which decreases your personal waste. Another plus is that it helps me save money on herbs! It also tastes better fresh :)
