I like to walk my dog twice a day, I can invite my roommates and friends to go on walks with us to encourage healthy activity. I also can take my dog on trails around La Crosse County to get a more "walk in the woods" feel.

I grow my own basil in my apartment. By growing your own food you eliminate any food packaging which decreases your personal waste. Another plus is that it helps me save money on herbs! It also tastes better fresh :)
