    Reducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

    Not having to deal with paper makes things a lot easier and it makes me feel less cluttered. By going electronic will all my bills, I reduce the incoming mail on a monthly basis. My next step will be encouraging others within my household to do the same.

    I can incorporate others into my exercise routine by inviting them to go hike or to a workout class that I occasionally participate in.
