REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Myoreen Triplett 10/03/2018 9:03 PMYou see more, people's driveways, flowers, decorations, and just seeing the people was refreshing. You say hello, they respond. It was amazing. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Do Nature ActivitiesWhat did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and touch?
Myoreen Triplett 10/03/2018 9:02 PMI observed fresh air, listened to the birds, and just enjoyed being outside. It was a great feeling of just having that goal be accomplished. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth More Fruits and VeggiesWhat do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other places, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How can we start shifting from a meat-focused food culture to a more plant-based one?
Myoreen Triplett 10/03/2018 9:00 PMI think the culture in which we have grown up and come to believe and trust has contributed to the reason why we eat more meat than other countries.
I think education and conversations will help make that shift. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
