The US spends roughly 20% of its federal budget on defense. In contrast, 2% goes to education, 20% goes to social security and 3% goes to transportation infrastructure. Do these numbers surprise you at all? Why or why not?

    Sonia Tsang 10/13/2018 11:28 AM
These number do and at the same time don't surprise me because the 40% of federal budget on defense and social security is pretty important to overall everyone in the United States. Although it is surprising to see the 5% of the budget go towards education and transportation.

I can get other people involved in advocating for the shift to clean energy by holding forums and having posters around the streets explaining the benefits and bright side of clean energy.
