REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Use Public TransitThe US spends roughly 20% of its federal budget on defense. In contrast, 2% goes to education, 20% goes to social security and 3% goes to transportation infrastructure. Do these numbers surprise you at all? Why or why not?
Sonia Tsang 10/13/2018 11:28 AMThese number do and at the same time don't surprise me because the 40% of federal budget on defense and social security is pretty important to overall everyone in the United States. Although it is surprising to see the 5% of the budget go towards education and transportation. -
