I will try a new method of food preparation, such as canning, pickling, or baking bread.
Energy
Switch to Cold Water
I will switch to washing my clothes in cold water, saving up to 1,600 lbs of C02 over the course of the next year.
Health
Happiness
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
Waste
Reduce Single-Use Disposables

REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergy Switch to Cold WaterWhat do you plan to do with the money you save from making more energy efficient choices?
Brynne Turville 10/10/2018 5:52 PMI didn't realize such a small change could save so much energy. I don't have any reason to wash in hot water, so I changed my settings to cold. It feels good to be more self-aware.
