I decided that I was going to workout outside instead of the gym. My niece and I went for a bike run and we also ran outside. -

Joanne Udasco 10/15/2018 8:34 AMI feel good about being consistent this past weekend since I told myself that I am going to the gym both days and I did. I was able to cook all meals for the weekend with more veggies than usual. -
