    I feel great! I have lost some weight and I am consistent with my food intake :)

    I had a productive weekend :) 
    I decided that I was going to workout outside instead of the gym. My niece and I went for a bike run and we also ran outside.

    I started yoga in my workout regimen and it is harder than I thought :(

    I feel good about being consistent this past weekend since I told myself that I am going to the gym both days and I did. I was able to cook all meals for the weekend with more veggies than usual.

    It is going well. I meditated longer than usual last night and I turned off my phone 30 minutes earlier than usual. Making progress!
