    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

    If I am only running in to grab a few items that I know I need, I don't even grab a basket or a cart to begin with. That way I know I can walk out carrying the items that I need in my hands or purse if I don't have a bag with me (this helps cut down on un-needed or spur of the moment purchases as well.)

    Looking forward to incorporating meditation into my daily routine. My husband and daughter already do this daily. I always find myself saying that I don't have time. My goal is to find the time.

      Do you plan to do this on your own, or used guided meditation?  I picked this as a goal, too, but I think I need some guided meditations, at least to start.  Do you want to share resources/links/etc?
