  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I like knowing that my coffee habit is not hurting the environment.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Skip the Straw

I can incorporate re purposing into my life style by looking into things i normal throw out ans see if it can be used such as food containers, boxes and baskets.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Environmental factors can definitely contribute to my health. Polluted air can damage someone's lungs. Also, an area with lots of vegetation can help clean the air.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Meet My Local Farmers
When you know who produces your food, you are connecting personally to your complex regional food system. What are the advantages of knowing who produces your food and where it comes from? Do you think this might enable someone to advocate for a better quality of life for those who produce their food, both near and far?

Knowing where your food comes from help you know what is healthiest and organic. knowing I have the freshest vegetables, makes me more inclined to consume them.
