I have to plan a little bit longer about some of the logistics when I'm using mass transit.  I have to be aware of what's going on outside to make sure my outwear is on fleek. I have to leave the house earlier in order to have enough time to walk to the bus stop. And I can't forget my headphones or a book for the trip into work.

    Water 5-Minute Showers
Five minute showers are an impressive step toward reducing your water footprint. What is the next step you can take?

Take less showers during the week.  Not one every day.

Dudes. I can't function without a lot of showers. I'm serious. For one thing I will stink to high heaven. And that's not good for any environment. But I do like Teri's suggestion about including a friend. I think that's a child of the 70s kinda suggestion. I use to have a button that actually said that.

I tell people how it cuts down on my stress level by not having to navigate freeway driving during a rainstorm.

Do you remember the Greyhound Bus jingle? (I always remember things, if they're put to music...) "Go Greyhound, and leave the driving to us!" Yours is a perfect example, now if the MAX would only deliver me to our office door!
