Use meal prep eco meal prep service for lunches

due to the waster of food and the additional packaging I want to reduce both- I have found a meal prep service that uses locally sourced products, meals prepped economically, shipping is in reusable packaging and containers are recyclable and/reusable.

    Finding Meal Prep is convenient for lunch and breakfast but not so much for dinner any ideas from anyone on what they do to make it easier?  Just two of us eating dinner.

    I eat slower and less without distractions I focus on the food, tastes and my family

    Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    always use own bags at grocery stores, my own reusable straw, reuse vegetable bags for other items saving garden liners etc.

    Bought a reusable cup and put it in the car most places will allow you to fill your own bottle or cup it saves them money and me the trash

    While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

    convenience is the barrier for most of us- I have begun to bring my own cup instead of using bottled water.

    I would like to get more sleep-but need to find a worklife balance first.  working on that also but in this day its a difficult thing to "Balance".  :)

    working on remembering that we have one Earth for ourselves and future generations is my goal everyday, I want a world for my granddaughters like the one I grew up in, without all of this pollution, waste, electronic dependency.  I try to show them outside is better than inside.
