I've used it and I get much less now that I used to. They don't have everything, but they have a lot! Warning, it can get kind of addicting :)
Now I just have to find a way to get rid of those ones addressed to "Our Neighbor At"...

Historically, marginalized and low-income communities live closer to landfills, contributing to a multitude of health problems. I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate.
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
I will reduce the amount of paper mail that I receive by opting into paperless billing and ending unwanted subscriptions.
I will replace 30 minute(s) each day typically spent inside (computer time, watching television, etc.) with quality time outside.
I will keep lights, electronics, and appliances turned off when not using them.
I will explore at least one new hiking trail or nature walk in my area.
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
