REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Tim White 10/06/2018 12:25 PMI used to get more than enough sleep, but due to the competing needs of a busy schedule and the need to wind down at the end of the day, my bedtime gets pushed back. I will allow myself to stop working when I get home and fully focus on winding down so that I can get to bed at a decent time. -
Tim White 10/05/2018 1:44 PMI'm just starting out. I hope to complete 3 out of 5 today and 5 out of 5 for the rest of the week. Wish me luck! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Tim White 10/05/2018 1:37 PMGenerally what stands in my way is just not having a cup on me. I will invest in a reusable coffee mug that I carry wherever I go, that way I'll always be able to avoid throwing away a coffee cup. Knowing the difference I'm making, I feel a bit better about drinking coffee.-
Beth Beek Blackford 10/05/2018 1:43 PMOr deprive yourself when you forget your cup. I'll bet you'll remember more consistently!
P.S. Buy yourself a really nice reusable mug - it's such a pleasure.
