    I ran three miles today!!

    I worked out today and ate a salad!

    Walked around outside a lot today and put my laundry away and reused my bag for my cheez its and did not give in to buying unnecessary clothes! Good day.

    Again I did not avoid refine sugar, or workout, but I did repot some plants that I had needed to do for a long time, so I spent some time outside.

    Today I spent 3 hours outside volunteering, and an addition hour or so in my backyard picking strawberries!

    Although I did not avoid the refined sugars today, I exercised for 45 minutes, remembered my reusable bags at the grocery store, didn't buy more food than I needed, and cleaned up my room.
