I typically get 6 hours of sleep per night. I would like to find a way to better manage my home life, to have more time to relax in the evening (rather than cleaning up after everyone), and get to bed by 10PM each night. If I am able to be in bed by 10PM, lights out by 10:30PM, that will get me 8 hours of sleep each night. I would like to begin by encouraging my children to take a more active role in picking up after themselves, helping to clean up after dinner, etc. I will make sure they have self-accountability.
