REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Choose Two-Sided PrintingChoosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?
Christopher Wright 10/10/2018 9:14 AMIt's as simple as a conversation with an offer to show how to make the settings on their computer/printer. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Insulate Water Pipes and Water HeaterHow do you think climate change will affect your region’s water supply? Think about the effects of weather, storms, salinity, and sea level rise, among other changes. How can you find out more about climate change’s impact to your region's water?
Christopher Wright 10/10/2018 9:06 AMAs a primary agricultural state, Idaho's water supply is a highly discussed and sometimes contested subject. If climate change decreases the water supply significantly, then water for growing food, for creating power, and for household use will be significantly constrained; impacting the states economy and the nations supply of certain food commodities. If climate change increases the water supply then it is possible to increase vegetation and thus, increase the risk for wildfire fuel. Either way, water management is a big issue and everyone should be aware and involved. -
