I'm sun-shocked. I honestly did not expect any take-away from this little challenge but I'm watching myself being more aware, changing old habits, finding more ways to spot a moment to play. Turning off tech while eating has grown to no tech while preparing the meal. The walk home has changed to finding paths through greenways, parks... no longer just 'getting home'. This is fun!
