I'd invest more time reflecting on the past and how that has developed me into the person I am today. Furthermore, focus on the future and what the future holds.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

You can incorporate other personal values by spending time with friends during an exercise, listening to music, doing physical activities in nature, and exercising in a way that coheres with personal values.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reuseable one with you? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to establish this a successful habit?

I find myself carrying the items I purchased in my hand or pushing a cart when there's too many to carry. Although, using a reusable plastic bag would limit this.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Coffee cups. A reusable coffee cup that can be reused and cleaned.
