    Waste Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Bringing your own bags and containers to the grocery store, and even to restaurants for leftovers, are a couple of ways to reduce your waste. What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

I probably have things wrapped in plastic more than I need to - so we now shop at the local greengrocer who doesn't have so much food wrapped in plastic as the supermarket. Also, taking our own tupperware to the supermarket for perishables like cheese, meat and fish that we bought can then go straight into reusable boxes.

Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

I work on my own as a self employed consultant - when ever I ask my clients to print materials for programmes, I always ask for double sided.
