October 24 at 9:24 AMI am trying to limit purchase of plastic water bottles and use a refillable bottle. Also, with paper, I try to use both sides when feasible. Finally, if something can be repaired, I try that before throwing it away!

October 9 at 2:19 AMI often struggle with the lack of portability of fruits and veggies, which I believe can influence the average consumer and encourage them to purchase more ready to eat food or to-go food (including animal products).

October 9 at 2:14 AMI believe that we prioritize food with protein and fat mores than we need, and also appreciate the value of meat as a higher class food than most vegetarian substitutes. Shifting can be done by creating interesting alternatives for eating out and in that satisfy consumers.

October 3 at 7:54 AMI am excited about this challenge and urge everyone at Chapman University to join! Take small steps and start with powering your computer down when you head home. Also, use a refillable water bottle and a ceramic mug for your tea or coffee. Way to go!
