    When I did my farmers market shopping, I went to Sauvies Island Bella Organic Farm and got some really delicious spaghetti squash and fresh jarred tomato sauce to make for dinner one night. It was very good!

    I need to work on my daily checkin's next time, but I really am glad we participated in this challenge. It's helped me be more aware of what I'm eating for sure!

    I had ONLY vegan meals today. Especially after hearing that guest speaker in class yesterday....I'm feeling good about it.

    I found out that mason bees are much more productive pollinators than honey bees!

    Maybe not showering everyday? I know you don't have to but showering is the first thing I do when I wake up. It would be a pretty difficult habit to break. I would feel so icky!

    It does not surprise me. I would rather use that money for my (hypothetical) kids for their needs like clothing or sports.
