    I am grateful for:
    1. Yin yoga
    2. Postcards in the mail to add to my giant wall map in my office at home. I love the postcards both for the physicality of getting something in the mail from friends and family, and for the dreaming of future places to visit around the world. Recently, I got postcards from Iceland and Hawaii.
    3. Moon!

    Weekend Gratitude:
    1. Free birthday yoga at Woodstock Wellness Center.
    2. Playing Azul with my sweetie.
    3. Making Shephard's pie and fall comfort food.
    4. House remodel research adventures in the afternoon, horse ties in Portland, & belly laughs with my sweetie.
    5. Ladies Nights, and all the ladies that came out to Vintage Cocktail Lounge for my birthday (observed).
    6. Best birthday present ever! New Carcasonne expansion packs.
    7. Days off and being at home.
    8. Meditation glitter jars.
    9. More game time with Warren.

    I am grateful for:
    1. All the friends I saw last night at the Love Gigantic show, especially those who wished me a happy birthday (including a shout out from Sarah onstage)!
    2. The amazing music that heals us all and brings us together.
    3. Kat & Ken for driving me downtown, when I forgot my housekey at work, and then home last evening.

    WooHoo! Although I thought that my showers were typically more than 5 minutes, I have discovered that I actually average 4 minute showers. Nice to discover that little tidbit.

    1.  Stars! I rarely see stars in the city. This morning, Orion was looking out at me as I sat in the hot tub
    2.  Sushi-go-round lunch with Amy!
    3. Amazing live music with friends. I am looking forward to The Goods and Love Gigantic show this evening.

    I am grateful for:
    1. Launching a new suite of resources for staff at work, culminating in a year's worth of work.
    2. Spicy chocolate cupcakes to share with my team at lunch for my birthday (observed).
    3. The app Libby which allows me to check out ebooks from the Multnomah County library and read for free on my tablet. 

    I am currently reading the follow up to the Little Book of Hygge, and reading the Little Book of Lykke.

    I need to catch up on posting a few days of gratitude.

    There's so much to be thankful for these days.

    I am grateful for:

    1. The upcoming kitchen remodel and the chance to make the ideas turn into actionable plans.

    2. Amazing vegan ramen noodles with hot sauce at Boke Bowl.

    3. Seeing Cameron Esposito at the Revolution Hall.

    4. My bike ride to the farmer's market Sunday morning.

    5. Experiencing Kris Deelane & the Hurt play at Jane's party.

    6. Cozy times with chanterelle mushroom soup, colored pencils, and Monty Python.

    7. Taking my birthday off work, because I can.

    8. All the wonderful birthday messages!

    9. Sushi dinner tonight with Brandy who's visiting from Australia and my sweetie!

    Wow is it hard to meditate! I am using an alarm on my phone to remind me to do so and if I were not using an alarm I would forget. It is not a habit yet but I am doing it.
