    Practicing appreciation/gratitude can help you feel happy and content instead of buying things that are unnecessary or wasteful. Appreciating what you have instead of buying it.

    Our culture is a majority meat based diet and we are well known for having fast food and always being on the go. Which connects to our health, and compared to every other country we have the highest carbon footprint.

    Majority of our electricity does not come from usable resources, so therefore, it is un-sustainable. This effects the environment greatly due, to majority of US electricity comes from coal and nuclear power.
