    I draw on my faith to keep me centered, along with the support of my partner (yay, Clarke!), my church family, my friends, and our dogs. Dogs make everything better. :-)

    I try to listen to my body. When it tells me I'm doing too much, I slow down and spend some down time rejuvenating. I still need to get another 26 years out of it!
