    Reflecting on my needs vs my wants has led me to slow down my decision making process...less impulse and more reflection!

    Subsidies for mega farms, meat industry and big lobbying for these industries. It says we value money more than overall well-being. We incorporate meatless Mondays into our practices and reduce our consumption and subsidies for corn, advocate and push for better policies and practices.
