    Sugar is an addiction.  Sugar island is hard to leave once you get there!

    I would like to get to bed earlier each evening.  This will help the morning to be less stressful.

    Challenge Day #1:  I'm helping our client with a booth at the fair.  Fudge, Old-Fashion Candy, Fried Dough...  No sweets for me!
