I walked the dog this morning before the sun came up and saw star patterns that I learned about while in Girl Scouts as a child. I saw the constellation Orion.

I joined the challenge because I appreciate the value of conserving , recycling and re-building things. We are bombarded daily with advertisements to get people to use or purchase unnecessary items which create non biodegradable waste and pollution. I teach college courses online and often show the large plastic garbage dump that is in the Pacific Ocean to students. It is twice the size of Texas!  Look it up!

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
