    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    Yes, i think i was pretty addicted to sugars since most of the foods i eat contain decent amount of sugar. Now that i started this challenge, it feels kinda weird not being able to eat some of the foods i crave

    I play basketball so im constantly working out and lifting through out the week which should help me stay in fit and stay healthy.

    I normally get about 5 hours of sleep because of school. i think if i start sleeping around 10 i should be able to get 7-8 hours of sleep which will be beneficial
