Waste
Recycle Everything I Can
Contamination prevents what is recyclable from being recycled. I will spend 30 minutes researching and recycling all materials that are accepted by local haulers or drop stations in my community.
Health
Exercise Daily
Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 45 minute(s) each day.
Health
More Fruits and Veggies
I will eat a heart healthy diet by adding 6 cup(s) of fruits and vegetables each day to achieve at least 4 cups per day.
Water
5-Minute Showers
I will save up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
Waste
Go Paperless
I will reduce the amount of paper mail that I receive by opting into paperless billing and ending unwanted subscriptions.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Go PaperlessReducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Karen Enriquez 10/01/2018 7:02 PMWhen I reduce all my paper mail, it helps me feel like I'm wasting less. It also makes me feel less cluttered because there are no paper bills that just stack up on the kitchen counter. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Karen Enriquez 10/01/2018 7:01 PMI squeeze in personal time with family, friends, nature by exercising outdoors with them. I love to go hiking/running with my mom. Surfing and swimming with friends. I also play volleyball on the weekends with my family.
