    Becoming vegan. Not only is it beneficial to animals but to your health and global warming as well.

    I noticed that my day didnt go by so quickly. I was able to take a break from binging on Netflix and do an artsy activity I enjoyed.

    In  being mindful while eating I stop when I'm full as opposed to just finishing my plate.

    Autumn leaves, petricor, song birds, the sound of the trees rustling, squirrels playing, feeling your bare feet on grass, gardening, warm sunshine packing through cold overcast.

    It helps calm me and gives me an opportunity to reflect on problems that need solving. It's also a wonderful way to "ground" yourself which can really help de-stress.

    You can go for a walk in nature and practice mindfulness, or volunteer in a laborous community activities to get in daily exercise.
