Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Even when work is crazy busy, it makes a huge difference to get out and walk around for at least 15 minutes every day.  It's a very productive step to include in every work day.

My apartment building has a sharing economy Facebook group.  If someone has extra food that will expire, too many leftovers, or has household stuff they want to get rid of, they just post it to the group.  It's amazing how much food and "stuff" has been kept out of the landfill or even Goodwill!
