Brittany Garcia 10/03/2018 2:13 PMHave been anticipating this day for some time and super excited to get started on my actions! So far today, I am completing all challenges selected. There was a moment I ALMOST ate banana bread, but quickly reminded myself not having refined sugar was one action selected. -

Brittany Garcia 9/12/2018 12:01 PMI am tired of consumers waiting for corporations to stop using straws, how about you be responsible and bring your own cup AND straw?-
Amanda Chastain 9/12/2018 2:39 PMI have guests at my job that ask for straws only to stir their drink and set aside. LITERALLY single-use. It's hard for humans to break habits, they need to be guided in new directions. -
Nicole Campbell 9/12/2018 12:45 PMCouldn't agree more about taking the proactive approach. Particularly with the straw. Bringing your own cup to most restaurants, however, puts them in a challenging place with regard to food handling issues - but declining the straw is as easy falling off a log. As is using your own durable cutlery at a location that offers single use plastics. Put your proactivity where your mouth is... (literally ;)
