I have subscribed to Imperfect Produce to help the growers more, and waste less. We as a family shop at farmers markets, or u-pick places as often as possible. I am researching other ways to make an impact as well.

Bonnie Gradner 10/25/2018 5:56 AMI learned that helping people is so easy. There are a lot of things that present themselves everyday. I was not as successful in a reusable mug. I'd set it out in a variety of places, but usually left without it. I found some pretty fantastic reusable bags, so they stay in my car and are becoming more of a habit to grab and take with me. Over all this was a great eye opening experience. It's funny how much we miss just in normal day to day things. I plan to continue my journey of making an impact where I can!! -
Bonnie Gradner 10/09/2018 5:42 AMToday was hard. Using reusable bags is easier then I thought. I just leave them in my car, and take them wherever I go. I have a reusable water bottle which I use, but I always forget my mug at home. If I do remember it, I will forget it in the car. I'm on a serious mission to figure this out.-
Mercedes Salles 10/18/2018 9:12 AMOh my gosh this is my mission, too! How does one remember the reusable mug in the morning? BEFORE coffee?? lol

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Foods DietMichael Pollan states that "it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor." What are your thoughts on this?
Bonnie Gradner 10/05/2018 6:16 AMI would absolutely prefer to pay the farmer/grocer. The medical industry makes WAY to much money on unnecessary visit, test, prescriptions, and ideas. Sending people from one doctor to another raking in even more money. I started a clean eating life style a couple of months ago. I have do have cheat days, but almost every meal is clean. It's the snacks that get me usually.

Bonnie Gradner 10/04/2018 6:05 AMI am so excited to be doing this challenge. I think we waste way to many resources. It's exciting to see how many good things we can do. I can't wait to learn new ideas, and share my own on making the world a better place to be!!
