Jade Harvey 10/22/2018 2:27 PMBeing outdoors gives me a sense of peace and allows me to think more deeply about really just everything. It also puts things into perspective for me and I think about how small I am compared to this vast world! But also that what I (humans) even though we are small but MANY, we can make a huge impact on this world. Both positively and negatively. -

1.) Getting to go to my sister-in-law's 8th birthday party over last weekend
2.) My mom and grandma had a safe flight and are now enjoying their much deserved cruise!

Jade Harvey 10/18/2018 12:12 PMTo get others interested in shifting to clean energy I feel that I can be an advocate to start. One way I can do this is by simply reminding them that they can save money by switching out their current light bulbs with LED light bulbs, or even adjusting the thermostat up 1-2 degrees in the winter and down 1-2 degrees in the summer when using the air conditioner. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Track my PurchasesWhat have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?
Jade Harvey 10/18/2018 11:43 AMI end up spending more money than I need to on things such as drinks or snacks from kwik trip or other gas stations and that can add up very quickly each month! I will work on bringing drinks from home and snacking on food that I already have at home as well to save some money! -

1.) Being able to spend time with my sister and two nephews last night!
2.) Getting to hear heartbeat and see my baby during my ultrasound yesterday! Even though baby was stubborn and we couldn't determine gender! :P
3.) My week of being on-call is almost nearing it's end! (tomorrow) -

1.) my job and the fact that I love coming to work (most days :P)

Jade Harvey 10/10/2018 2:04 PMPracticing gratitude just helps me to be more positive all around and will help me to be less stressed and focus on the good things rather than the negatives all the time! Happiness tends to rub off on others (as does negativity) so happiness is the vibe I want to give! -

Jade Harvey 10/10/2018 2:01 PMMy main problem is that I tend to stay up later than I should to be able to get up in the morning and actually have time to get ready. Last night I was extra sleepy and not feeling well so I went to bed earlier. I still would like to turn off my light and have a night light and just read before bed to get my eyes tired rather than looking at a screen (tv or phone). Work in progress :) -

Jade Harvey 10/09/2018 8:35 AMLately I have been feeling very ill due to my pregnancy and it has been making it hard for me to just enjoy this very special time. I would like to spend more time reflecting on simply the positives that will come of this and how blessed I truly am to be able to bring another life into this world.
