    This challenge has really opened my eyes to the nuance of seafood sourcing, and the difficulty of comparing best practices in my diet with marketing nomenclature. I found at least six different market names for a single type of salmon!

    My wife and eat a flexitarian diet, and try to get the majority of animal proteins from seafood, but doing research through the MBA app has made it clear I need to increase my understanding of where fish is sourced from in order to understand if it is a sustainable option. This additional level of responsibility is challenging, but ultimately crucial to the health of our fisheries and ecosystem.
