    My friend brought gloves and we picked up a whole bag of garbage during our hike! Felt great!

    I purchased several organic salad kits for this purpose, along with red pepper hummus, and plenty of fresh fruits. We keep a bowl of washed and chopped fruit our kids can help themselves to at any time as well.

    Completed a guided meditation and freewrite with my daughter on the 16th. She's 7, and it was so amazing to read her journal entry.

    I spent some time researching Proposition 127 in AZ yesterday, which (if voted in) would require Arizona to utilize solar and wind energy - sourcing 50% of energy from renewable sources by 2030.
