Create Your Own Action

Read NWEI's behavior change white paper

I've learned a bit about the topic via podcasts and whatnot but this is a great opportunity to read more about behavior change and how it applies in EcoChallenge!

Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Track my Purchases
What have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?

The first time I tracked my purchases was throughout my first year out of college working for BPS (plus another job). I want to see if the percentages of my income I'm  saving and spending on different things have changed after almost a year without tracking. I do it simply on a very makeshift Google spreadsheet.

Our water fountain board is ready to fill with your actions! (Though it's best to stick to 2 or 3 actions so as to not overwhelm yourself!)
