    I would vegan food and also trying out new vegetarian recipes and trying to substitute meat for something else.

    I felt as I needed sugar and did not really think it would affect me as much no I feel more energised and feel like I can go the extra mile to when exercising.

    I would like to shift my sleep pattern to go to bed at 10pm and wake up by 7am having a good healthy rest and ready for the busy day.

    My challenge is going better than I thought I have lose nearly 8kg, healthy lifestyle, very active!

    I would use this money to help those who are need of food, open food banks for the homeless and integrate fitness and wellbeing within this.
