I feel extra good about my choices, because today I brought 2 coffee mugs!! Yes, I got sleep, but it was interrupted by a beautiful small person who had a bad dream.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles serve an important role in places for health and safety, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. Can you identify the barriers in making this a new habit? How can you set yourself up for success in making this a permanent change?

Small kiddo is the biggest challenge for me. Unknown substances end up in her water bottles, so that ups the eewww factor. But were making progress.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

Feels great. What feels even better is that my reusable mug seals tight. So, when the inevitable drop happens, my precious nectar is not spilled, haha.

Multipurpose items save space. For example, I do not have a stove, but I could have purchased a hot plate if I would have wanted. Instead I have an Instapot, it saves space, uses less "pieces", and I don't have to worry about where I will store pots and pans.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

I would like to consistently go to bed at the same time. This is a goal I'm working towards.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Yes, I think it can. It would take partnerships and setting aside of the $ being the holy grail.
