By being better stewards of environmental and community health, it will have a positive impact on not only mine own, but everyone's personal health! We can make our community and environment healthier for all people one baby step at a time!

Great!  remembering to bring my coffee cup in for refills instead of using disposable cups!

It's actually easier to be ecofriendly than what it seems!  I like the challenge though, as it does bring the awareness up to the surface and keeps me cognizant of things to be mindful of!

I really work hard to plan my weekly meals out so I don't buy a lot of unnecessary food. Likewise, I try to only cook the portions I know we'll eat so we don't have leftovers. If we do have leftovers, the 2nd night I'll modify the main dish slightly and make a different meal to try to use up all the portions.

I always have cloth bags for shopping in my vehicle. If I don't, I won't go to the store until I do. I don't like all the plastic and paper waste!
