    The hardest of the challenges is eating fruits AND veggies.  I find myself more in the fruits OR veggies realm but working at it.

    I'm truly enjoying spreading the word about public transportation with my social media friends. I'm learning so much too.

    • Power off my computer
    • Eat daily fruits and veggies (2 cups fruit, 2-1/2 cups veggies)
