    This is easy for me to do when dining alone, but more difficult when planning meals for the family.

    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reuseable one but it's just hard to make the switch. Think about what stands in your way of making this a habit. By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    My Starbucks order is already written on my reusable mug, which makes my time in the line easier and quicker!  Double bonus for also being eco-conscious.

    I enjoy pausing for the purpose of positive thinking ... thinking of blessings, of why I am thankful, of reasons to be grateful.  It always grounds me and helps me refocus my energy on what really matters.

    Although I try to be very eco-friendly in my thoughts, actions, and behaviors, I appreciate the chance to be more mindful and intentional of these activities.  I look forward to this challenge.
