    This one was a challenge. But I am remaining meatless and eating more fresh foods. Oddly, it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. And the thing I miss the most is a can of salty green beans (processed food deprivation). Well, ok, I miss mayo too, but now I will use the vegan mayo.

    The first day of reducing animal products is pretty easy. Cutting back on cheese, butter, eggs, yogurt, sour cream and chicken wings is going to be interesting. And ice cream. Sorbet is kind of like ice cream, right?
