    The warm weather and sunshine makes being outside so much more enjoyable!

    It is amazing what 60 minutes of exercise can do for the mind! Even just doing light exercise, like going for a walk outside, gives my brain a chance to be still! Then, when I sit down to do homework later in the day I feel like I can concentrate better!

    Cooking in general isn't the easiest thing to do as a college student (because it takes time), but by planning my meals for the week I was able to save money on what I bought, and ensure that I have enough food to get me through the whole week!
